Not unlike the metaphor that asserts fish cannot discover water, public spirited Justice Southbury (CT) (a microcosm of American Progressivism), often finds itself at cross purposes, unable to perceive issues immersed in strategies designed to cloak reality. Their April 23rd support for the autistic, alongside their previous support of gender affirming protocols in treating transgenders, serves as one such example.
Prior to the rise of this billion-dollar business whose foundation is gender affirmation protocols, transgenders reported feeling different since a very early age. Although this is not the case with most child transgenders today; but, not to worry.

This industry has somewhat avoided an appearance of over diagnosing transgenderism, especially among the autistic, by discovering “rapid onset gender dysphoria;” a phenomenon previously unknown throughout human history.
Easter seals asserts that autistic children “may express attachment in a different manner…have a different rate of development, especially in the areas of communication, social, and cognitive skills… and are often misdiagnosed.” The identification of transgender children by non-mental health school personnel occurs in a closed environment, whose features seem to exploit the traits of autistic children as described by Easter seals.
Socially frustrated autistic children are “loved bombed” with acceptance, praise, special clubs, new friends, and even one’s own special flag. Reinforcing a sense of positive exceptionality, they are simultaneously advised their given name is “dead;” replaced with a new gender implying-moniker and its new pronouns.
Why is it that although autistic transsexual children were a relative unknown cohort among transsexuals only a few years ago, and a major cohort now, these incentives are still not recognized as a probable component in misdiagnosis?
Don’t these life changing messages of potential social success alongside puberty blockers and cross sex hormones, absent traditional mental health protocols and absent parental support, bias the life altering decisions by children; especially vulnerable autistic children? Is it a coincidence that the transgender child publicly championed recently by Justice Southbury evinced the benefits of transgenderism exclusively in terms of new social achievements?
Does it strike anyone as unfortunate that the complexities of mental health issues among children are now increasingly resolved with a single preconceived scientifically illiterate conclusion coined “being in the wrong body?” Should we be surprised at the ethically questionable result: the exceptionally disproportionate and otherwise inexplicable embodiment of autistic children within the transgender cohort?
Like the fish who has yet to discover water, sadly, Justice Southbury and its progressive ilk is oblivious to, and unaccountable for, its cross purposes inherent in their advocating for the autistic on one hand while championing the gender affirmation protocols which appear to target these children for sexual mutilation on the other.
Gender affirmation protocols are now rejected by the national health agencies of England, Finland, Sweden, Hungary, Poland, France, and Bulgaria. This “school of national health institution fish” have discovered the water utilizing deep literature reviews. They revealed a shallow anti-intellectual activist ideology, misleading, even deceptive claims, and so little science it was summed up as “actually zero,” by one world health official.
These officials are not “transphobic” or “haters.” Conversely, they are fighting their way upstream against the current generated by the assemblage of special interest comprising this billion-dollar industry.
Respectfully submitted,

In June of 2021, he came on the scene in Connecticut when he spoke about the dangers of Critical Race Theory indoctrination at an event at the Guilford Community Center. He is now exposing the danger of Gender Affirming Care for even our autistic children. Thank you, Mike for all you are doing.
