From 2024 to 2025, FVF’s focus changed again—the CEO relentlessly pursued town registrars about their certification
One Connecticut office remains, and it’s down to one floor, rather than two. It is unknown what has happened with thousands of stored binders of data. The board members are currently Linda Szynkowicz (CEO), Tim Barton, Matt Meck, George Flones and John Garland (see Part I). Staff is reportedly down to two people, including Szynkowicz.
We spoke with registrars who remain anonymous; in addition, the SOTS published this, which includes:
“If a voter is on the inactive list, they must fill out a new voter registration form under penalty of false statement in order to vote. If a voter on the inactive list shows up at their polling place on Election Day, they must fill out a new voter registration form before they are added to the active list and allowed to vote.”
If the primary fear here is that inactive voters are somehow voting under the radar, they can’t. CEO Linda’s claims are based on out-dated voter rolls; when talking about the Athena database, she says the “data is always changing.”
